Feb. 7-13

2.8.10: You rocked out with your guitar while I fixed dinner. I love it when you play music for me!

2.9.10: You're waiting patiently for me to finish taking your picture so we can race our monster trucks. (I just thought you looked so cute stretched out like this..)

2.10.10: When I look at this picture, all I see is how much you share your daddy's silly-side. You were eating an apple and "smiling" with it.

2.11.10: This is your very first snowman. We don't get snow here very often, so it was a rare treat to be able to build a snowman with you.

2.12.10: By the end of the day yesterday, we had almost a foot of snow (which never happens here.) Daddy took the morning off from work, and the three of us played in the snow and built this giant snowman.

2.13.10: Our cable was out for a whole 24 hours due to the snow storm. Even though you don't watch much tv, I think you really missed your tv time. (And yes, that is the second time this week that you wore this shirt- I had lots of time to do laundry since we didn't go anywhere all week...)

Jan. 31-Feb. 6

1.31.10: Even though it was really cold (in fact, it was actually snowing), we all bundled up and took you skating through the neighborhood this morning. You especially loved it when Daddy helped you go really fast.

2.1.10: Apparently you took this picture of yourself with my cell phone :)

2.2.10: I let you fill up the sink and give your car a bath. You had a blast and were entertained for a really long time.

2.3.10: Even though Mommy's not wearing make-up and is looking kinda 'rough' these days, you still love me. And I love you.

2.4.10: Red, the fire truck, is the newest addition to our collection of Cars cars.

2.6.10: You like sleeping on Daddy's side of the bed after he gets up.

Jan. 24-30

1.24.10: Maggie and Bare are your two favorite playmates.

1.26.10: Today we went to breakfast with Daddy to celebrate the fact that AJ received a good report at our doctor's appointment this morning.

1.27.10: I cannot resist this beautiful little face!

1.28.10: You love to play with your moon sand. I think you could play with it all day, if I let you. In this picture, you are asking me to help you build a really tall mountain out of sand.

1.29.10: Since the weather has been so cold lately, you and I play at the kitchen table a lot. Today we are painting.

1.30.10: You were so excited when I let you eat your lunch at the table in your playhouse.

Jan. 17-23

1.17.10: This is your new favorite way to sit on the couch.

1.18.10: You love to be "Mommy's helper" in the kitchen. Today you helped me make pancakes- Yummy!

1.19.10: Since it has still been so cold outside, I decided to let you ride your tricycle in the house today. You had a blast, and even put on your 'riding gloves,' like you see Uncle Chris wear when he rides his motorcycle.

1.20.10: Tonight when Daddy checked on you before we went to bed, this is how he found you sleeping.

1.21.10: Just another day of indoor bike riding... I think we spent the whole day in our pjs too :)

1.22.10: (Another cell phone picture) Today you discovered Disney channel's new show "Chuggington." You sat just like this for the entire show.

1.23.10: I don't think you felt well today because you slept a lot. You and your baby doll napped together on the couch this afternoon.

Jan 10-16

1.11.10: You love to fix things with your Handy Manny tools. Here you are repairing the roof of your house.

1.12.10: Today we had nice weather for January, so you and I went to the park for the afternoon. You had fun playing on the slide and meeting new kids, but you especially enjoyed having me take your picture and repeatedly requested "Mom, you cheese me."

1.13.10: Tonight you and Daddy had arts and craft time. I guess you guys decided it was more fun to color on each other, because in this picture, it looks like you were the art project. (You colored all over Daddy too, by the way.)

1.14.10: Today you and I packed your suitcase for when AJ comes and you get to go stay with Papaw. I tried to pack this jacket in your bag, but you insisted on wearing it... which is okay, because you look very sweet in camo :)

1.15.10: Today, you and I sneaked away and shared an ice cream cone. You especially love when I park the car and let you come sit beside me in the front seat.

1.16.10: Busted! When you got quiet and disappeared this afternoon, I found you playing on my computer.

Jan. 1-9

1.1.10: Today was the first day of our picture challenge for 2010. Here you are, anxiously waiting for Nana, Papa, and Uncle Jesse to arrive.

1.2.10: Nana and Papa gave you a really cool new playhouse for Christmas. Since it was so cold outside, we decided to put it together in the living room. Here you are checking it out.

1.4.10: Today we played with your chalkboard and chalk and then we worked puzzles. You always take time out from your activities to smile for my camera.

1.5.10: Santa brought you play-doh for Christmas and today was your first chance to play with it. You had a blast, and we found out that Maggie really likes to eat play-doh... she ate almost half of what you were playing with.

1.6.10: You also received a couple of new books for Christmas, and we spent the better part of the day reading and re-reading them. You just happened to be making this silly face when I snapped this picture.

1.7.10: This is my favorite picture this week. You wanted to put your baby doll down for a nap in your bed, so I helped you put a diaper on it, and then you tucked him in and even came back to check on him. You're going to be an incredible big brother!

1.8.10: Today was another very cold day and our the heater in our house broke this morning. Here you are napping in the car (in the driveway) while we wait on Uncle Chris to come over and fix our heat.

1.9.10: Today you helped me do laundry. Here you are dressed up in some of the clean laundry that was waiting to be folded. You informed me that you were being a robot. (And yes, you did this all by yourself.)
